The 350,000 sq ft, Maltings shopping centre in St Albans has been a feature of our portfolio since 2003 and we have held and managed the centre ever since.  

The centre is carefully managed by our expert team who undertake refurbishment and reconfiguration projects to improve both the tenant line-up and income. This has included the introduction of key tenants, such as TK Maxx and Topshop.

During the period of ownership, the centre has been repositioned in the city’s retail hierarchy and is now the prime, target location for national retailers. The centre is currently valued at £100m.
