Steve and Joanna Brooks founded the Brooks foundation in 2009 to support organisations working to create social change.

The main focus of the foundation is empowerment of women and girls as we firmly believe that establishing equal male: female balance in every sphere: business, education, health, home, politics is the answer to a myriad of economic, social and environmental problems.

The Foundation funds organisations working for human rights and social justice, children youth and education, female economic empowerment and peace building.

We help build capacity through a combination of core funding, project funding and proactive support; providing resources, ideas and connections, which add value.
